Ingredients:

Tofu

Vegetable Oil

Onion

Garlic

Bell Pepper

Tomato

Soy Sauce

Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
4. Add the chopped tomato, soy sauce, thyme, vegetable broth, and paprika. Stir well.
5. Return the tofu to the skillet. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
Great served with rice or steamed vegetables.
