Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced pork and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, sliced carrots, and sliced celery to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
3. Stir in the rinsed lentils, chicken broth, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the lentils are tender.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. You can also add other vegetables like potatoes or bell peppers.
