Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions: 

  • In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  • Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • Pour in the beef broth and add the potatoes, carrots, salt, pepper, thyme, and bay leaf.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  • Remove bay leaf before serving.
