Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the turkey legs and brown on all sides.
3. Remove the turkey legs and set aside.
4. In the same pot, add the onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
5. Add the carrots and potatoes. Stir well.
6. Return the turkey legs to the pot. Pour in the chicken broth.
7. Add salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Stir to combine.
8. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
9. Remove turkey legs, shred the meat, and return to the pot. Discard bones.
10. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day. Store leftovers in the fridge.
