Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 packet Adolph's Beef Stew Mix
  • 4 cups Water
  • 3 Carrots sliced
  • 3 Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add beef stew meat and brown on all sides.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • Stir in Adolph's Beef Stew Mix and water. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
  • Add carrots and potatoes. Simmer for another hour or until vegetables are tender.
  • Serve hot.

Notes:

For a thicker stew, mix 2 tablespoons of flour with 1/4 cup of water and stir into the stew during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
