Adolph's Beef Stew Mix

Olive Oil
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add beef stew meat and brown on all sides.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in Adolph's Beef Stew Mix and water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
Add carrots and potatoes. Simmer for another hour or until vegetables are tender.
Serve hot.
Notes:
For a thicker stew, mix 2 tablespoons of flour with 1/4 cup of water and stir into the stew during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
