Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef cut into cubes
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 3 Carrots sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 400 g Potatoes diced
  • 1 can Tomatoes diced
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Beef Broth

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Brown the beef cubes on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  • 3. In the same pot, sauté the onions, carrots, and garlic until softened.
  • 4. Add the beef back to the pot along with the potatoes, tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • 5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 1 hour or until the beef is tender.
  • 7. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or peas for more flavor.
