Beef Broth
Instructions:
1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Brown the beef cubes on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pot, sauté the onions, carrots, and garlic until softened.
4. Add the beef back to the pot along with the potatoes, tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 1 hour or until the beef is tender.
7. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or peas for more flavor.
