Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 3 bell peppers, sliced
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the onions and cook until they are soft and translucent.
  • Add the bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add the tomatoes, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve hot with fresh bread or rice.

Notes:

This stew is even better the next day after the flavors have melded together.
