Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bacon cut into pieces
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • 2. In the same pot, add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
  • 3. Add the chicken broth, potatoes, and carrots. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 4. Add the peas, cooked bacon, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like celery or corn for extra flavor.
