Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Aldi stew meat
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 3 pcs Carrots, chopped
  • 2 pcs Potatoes, diced
  • 1 pc Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Thyme

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a Dutch oven over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Brown the stew meat on all sides, then remove and set aside.
  • 3. In the same pot, add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • 4. Add the beef broth, carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, and thyme. Return the meat to the pot.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 2 hours, or until meat is tender.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner.
