Instructions:
1. Heat the palm oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until golden brown.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Add the agushi seeds and mix well.
5. Pour in the water, season with salt and black pepper, and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Serve hot with rice or your favorite side.
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day, as the flavors meld together.
