Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage sliced
  • 1 lb Okra sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the sliced okra, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes, until the okra is tender.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or celery for extra flavor.
