Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes canned
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • Stir in chopped carrots and celery, cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes, bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low, add salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
  • Add frozen peas, cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Serve with cornbread for an authentic touch.
