Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  • Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add the carrots, potatoes, onions, and garlic to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
