Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 1 can Green Beans 14.5 oz can, drained
  • 1 can Corn 14.5 oz can, drained
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 pcs Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 pcs Carrots peeled and sliced
  • 1 pc Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour in beef broth, diced tomatoes, and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Add potatoes and carrots, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  • 6. Add canned green beans and corn, simmer for another 30 minutes.
  • 7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • 8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add any other canned vegetables you like.
