Lamb shoulder, cut into chunks

Artichokes, cleaned and quartered

Onion, chopped

Garlic, minced

Chicken broth

White wine

Black pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add lamb chunks and brown on all sides.
3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
4. Pour in chicken broth and white wine, bring to a boil.
5. Add artichokes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
For a thicker stew, you can add a tablespoon of flour when adding the onions and garlic.
