Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 200 g spam, sliced
  • 200 g sausages, sliced
  • 1 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 1 cup tofu, cubed
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  • 2. Add gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic. Stir well.
  • 3. Add spam, sausages, kimchi, and tofu. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Add the instant ramen noodles and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • 5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes:

This dish is best enjoyed hot and can be customized with your favorite ingredients.
