Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Add okra and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
