Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat cut into cubes
  • 1 lb okra sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
  • Add okra and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
