Polish sausage
sliced

potatoes
peeled and diced

carrots
sliced

onion
chopped

garlic
minced

chicken broth

tsp
paprika

tsp
dried thyme
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, cook the sliced sausage over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
3. Stir in the diced potatoes and sliced carrots, cook for a few minutes.
4. Pour in the chicken broth, add paprika and dried thyme. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
