Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang Korean chili paste
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 2 Potatoes cubed
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, combine water, soy sauce, gochujang, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil.
  • 2. Add chicken thighs to the pot. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 3. Add onion, carrots, and potatoes to the pot. Continue to simmer for another 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • 4. Stir in green onions and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is great served with steamed rice.
