Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add pork and cook until browned on all sides.
Add onion, garlic, and poblano peppers. Cook until vegetables are softened.
Stir in cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, until pork is tender.
