Instructions:
1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Sauté the onions and garlic until softened.
3. Add the tomato sauce and cook for a few minutes.
4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
5. Add the potatoes and carrots, and simmer until tender.
6. Stir in the tuna and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or bell peppers.
