Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna drained
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Sauté the onions and garlic until softened.
  • 3. Add the tomato sauce and cook for a few minutes.
  • 4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Add the potatoes and carrots, and simmer until tender.
  • 6. Stir in the tuna and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or bell peppers.
