Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the mutton chunks and brown them on all sides.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
4. Stir in the paprika, salt, and black pepper.
5. Add the beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 1 hour.
6. Add the chopped cabbage and diced potatoes, and cook for another 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
7. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or celery.
