Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Mutton cut into chunks
  • 1 large Cabbage chopped
  • 2 large Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the mutton chunks and brown them on all sides.
  • 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 4. Stir in the paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • 5. Add the beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 1 hour.
  • 6. Add the chopped cabbage and diced potatoes, and cook for another 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  • 7. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or celery.
