Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add caribou meat and brown on all sides.
Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Add carrots and potatoes, cook for a few minutes.
Pour in beef broth and water. Add thyme and rosemary.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
