Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb White fish fillets cut into chunks
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes)
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Daikon radish sliced
  • 2 Green onions chopped
  • 1 cup Tofu cubed

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
  • 2. Add the gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic. Stir well.
  • 3. Add the onion, daikon radish, and tofu. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  • 4. Add the fish chunks and cook for another 10-15 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
  • 5. Add the green onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is best served with a bowl of steamed rice.
