Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned.
2. Add diced potatoes, chopped carrots, chopped onions, and minced garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes.
3. Pour in beef broth and stir in tomato paste, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
