Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat
  • 2 cups Diced Potatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned.
  • 2. Add diced potatoes, chopped carrots, chopped onions, and minced garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • 3. Pour in beef broth and stir in tomato paste, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
  • 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

This stew is perfect for a cold night or when you're feeling adventurous.
