Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb buffalo meat, cubed
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add buffalo meat and brown on all sides.
  • Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  • Pour in beef broth, add carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
