Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 packs Ramen Noodles discard seasoning packets
  • 2 Green Onions chopped for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Pour in the beef broth and water. Add the sliced carrots, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
  • In the last 10 minutes of cooking, add the ramen noodles to the pot. Cook until the noodles are tender.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes:

This beef stew ramen is perfect for a cozy night in. Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or bok choy for extra flavor.
