Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 3 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 2 pcs Potatoes diced
  • 1 pcs Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 4. Add the sliced carrots, diced potatoes, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Simmer for another 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  • 5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
