Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Clams, cleaned
  • 1 lb White fish fillets, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 4 cups Fish stock
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
  • Stir in red pepper flakes and cook for another minute.
  • Add diced tomatoes, fish stock, white wine, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add shrimp, clams, and white fish chunks. Cook until seafood is just done, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes:

Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
