White fish fillets, cut into chunks

Red bell pepper, chopped

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
Stir in red pepper flakes and cook for another minute.
Add diced tomatoes, fish stock, white wine, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add shrimp, clams, and white fish chunks. Cook until seafood is just done, about 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes:
Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
