beef tips
cut into bite-sized pieces

rice

onion
chopped

garlic
minced

beef broth

carrots

Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a bit of oil and brown the beef tips.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
4. Add the sliced carrots and peas. Cook for about 10 minutes.
5. Stir in the rice, salt, and black pepper. Cover and simmer for another 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the beef is tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
