Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef tips cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a bit of oil and brown the beef tips.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  • 4. Add the sliced carrots and peas. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  • 5. Stir in the rice, salt, and black pepper. Cover and simmer for another 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the beef is tender.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables you like.
