Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the mixed vegetables, turmeric, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
