Add the chopped tomatoes, beef broth, and white wine. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
Add the potatoes, carrots, corn, dried apricots, and raisins. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another hour, or until the vegetables are tender.
