Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Diced Beef
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 Carrots sliced
  • 2 Potatoes diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add diced beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • Stir in tomato paste, cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add beef broth, sliced carrots, and diced potatoes.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
