Shrimp, peeled and deveined

Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
cut into chunks

Onion, chopped

cloves
Garlic, minced

Tomatoes, diced

Chicken broth

Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until softened.
3. Add the chicken chunks and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
6. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 5-7 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Feel free to add more vegetables if you like.
