Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add onions and cook until softened.
4. Add carrots, potatoes, and celery. Stir to combine.
5. Pour in beef broth and add thyme, rosemary, and black pepper.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
For a thicker stew, you can mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 1/4 cup of water and add it to the stew during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
