Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Chuck cut into cubes
  • 4 Carrots sliced
  • 4 Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 loaf Bread for serving

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  • 4. Stir in tomato paste, cook for 2 minutes.
  • 5. Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper.
  • 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  • 7. Serve hot with fresh bread.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
