Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • 2. In the same pot, add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  • 3. Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  • 4. Return the sausage to the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • 5. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 5 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is great with a side of crusty bread.
