Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 lb Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups Carrots chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Thyme dried
  • 2 tsp Rosemary dried

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef stew meat and chicken thighs, cook until browned.
  • 3. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil.
  • 5. Add carrots, potatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • 6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn.
