Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add beef stew meat and chicken thighs, cook until browned.
3. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
4. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil.
5. Add carrots, potatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
