Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add the chicken chunks and cook until browned on all sides.
5. Pour in the chicken broth, white beans, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
