Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Add the cubed chicken breast and cook until browned.
Add the butternut squash, chicken broth, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the squash is tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!
