Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp Miso paste
  • 1 cup Cubed tofu
  • 2 cups Chopped vegetables (carrots, mushrooms, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  • 3. Add chopped vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • 6. Stir in miso paste, soy sauce, and tofu. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
