Chopped vegetables (carrots, mushrooms, etc.)

Soy sauce

Grated ginger

Sesame oil
Instructions:
1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add chopped vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Stir in miso paste, soy sauce, and tofu. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
