Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef chuck, cut into cubes
  • 2 Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef cubes and brown on all sides.
  • 3. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour in beef broth, add carrots, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
  • 6. Add zucchini and cook for another 15 minutes, until tender.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like potatoes or peas.
