Berbere spice

Instructions:
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add onions and garlic, sauté until golden brown.
Stir in Shiro powder and cook for a minute.
Gradually add water, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Add salt and Berbere spice if using.
Simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Notes:
Serve with injera or rice.
