Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add diced pork and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
4. Stir in soaked beans, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and paprika.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, or until beans are tender.
6. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can add a bay leaf or some thyme while simmering.
