Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours.
4. Add the pasta and cook for another 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or potatoes.
