Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Pasta uncooked

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onions, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  • 4. Add the pasta and cook for another 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  • 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or potatoes.
