Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover steak, cubed
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  • Add carrots and potatoes, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, add leftover steak, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Add peas, cook for another 5 minutes.

Notes:

Use any leftover vegetables you have on hand.
