Ingredients:

leftover steak, cubed

onion, chopped

carrots, sliced

potatoes, cubed

beef broth

peas

cloves
garlic, minced

thyme
to taste
Salt and pepper

olive oil
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add carrots and potatoes, cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, add leftover steak, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add peas, cook for another 5 minutes.
Notes:
Use any leftover vegetables you have on hand.
