Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lamb shoulder, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Cannellini beans, cooked
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add lamb chunks and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  • 3. In the same pot, add onion and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  • 4. Return lamb to the pot. Add tomato sauce, beef broth, rosemary, and thyme. Stir well.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  • 6. Add cooked beans and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or celery for extra flavor.
