Lamb shoulder, cut into chunks

Cannellini beans, cooked

Onion, chopped

cloves
Garlic, minced

Tomato sauce

Beef broth

Dried rosemary

Dried thyme
to taste
Salt and pepper

Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add lamb chunks and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pot, add onion and garlic. Sauté until softened.
4. Return lamb to the pot. Add tomato sauce, beef broth, rosemary, and thyme. Stir well.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
6. Add cooked beans and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or celery for extra flavor.
