Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 3 units Carrots sliced
  • 4 units Potatoes diced
  • 1 unit Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Stir in the tomato paste, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
  • 6. Add the carrots and potatoes, simmer for another hour or until vegetables are tender.
  • 7. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
