Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Chuck, cut into cubes
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Red Wine
  • 2 pcs Carrots, sliced
  • 3 pcs Potatoes, diced
  • 1 pcs Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • 2 tsp Rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef cubes and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  • 3. In the same pot, add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour in red wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
  • 5. Add beef broth, beef cubes, carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Bring to a boil.
  • 6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2 hours or until beef is tender.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
