Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chorizo and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, cannellini beans, kidney beans, chicken broth, smoked paprika, and ground cumin.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
